Located on ground floor, having only windows facing a courtyard, this apartment previously was the building concierge home.
The client purchased the house, having in mind that could have a nice place in the middle of the city.
Basically a brute diamond to be dilapidated.
Cirurgic openings were made to help light get through and to achieve a more open-space sensation.
The entrance itself, introduces how easy is to travel with your eyes through different spaces and rooms. Some walls got demolished to provide a better use of the house, such to increase space.
